The majority of natural products sold on this site are finished with tough, durable epoxy, which can reasonably withstand wear, as well as heat up to 425°F / 218°C.
None of these products can be used as a cutting or carving board. The use of plain or serrated knives on the surfaces of these objects is therefore not recommended.
On the other hand, items such as a serving board, sushi board, etc., with which food comes into contact, are treated with Food Varnish, which is a product known and approved for this use.

A: To place an order on our website, simply add the
items you want to your shopping cart, then proceed to
payment. You will need to provide your delivery information and
payment, then confirm your order.
Q: "Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?"
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to
modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as
possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if
your order has not yet been shipped.
Q: "Can I track my order once it has been shipped?"
A: Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number once your
order will have been shipped. You can use this number to
track your package on the carrier's website.

A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight and
size of your order. You can see the shipping cost when checking out.
Q: "How long does order management take?"
A: We usually ship orders the next day. Under certain conditions,
it may take up to a maximum of 5 days.
Q: "What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?"
A: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages
during delivery. However, please contact us if you have any
problems with your order and we will do our best to
help you. Replacement / refund options may be
available for lost / damaged orders.
RETURNS:

A: We offer a 30-day free return policy. All items
returned must be in perfect condition, unused, with all tags
originally attached.
Q: "How long do I have to return an item?"
A: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an
article. We strongly recommend that you use a
"shipping with tracking" method to send it back to us.
Q: "Do I have to pay delivery costs to return an item ?"
A: Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage unless the item was
damaged on arrival.
Q: "Can I exchange one item for another of a different species ?"
A: Generally, our sales are final. Please contact us to discuss
about a possible exchange if you received an item of wrong species.

REFUNDS:
Q: "How long does it take to process a refund?"
A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, from the day
we receive your returned item. To speed up the refund process,
please call us once the item has been shipped back to us.
Q: "How will I receive my refund?"
A: Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
It may take up to 3 business days to appear on your
bank account.
Q: "Will I be refunded for the original delivery charge?"
A: No, we do not refund delivery charges unless the item
